CONFIRMATION
When you place an order you agree automatically to our terms and conditions stated below:
When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If for any of the reasons you want to cancel your order, you just have to write us an email to online@outsidersdivision.com before we have packed and shipped your order. In that case, there is no problem in proceeding with the cancellation for the subsequent payment of the amount sent. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself. If the order has been sent, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product until we can receive it back and proceed to the refund.
PAYMENT TYPES
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by BBVA who offers a payment solution dedicated for e-commerce plateforms. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access tocard details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
PAYPAL
PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. More information about PayPal is available here. For this cases, the user will be redirected to the www.paypal.com website where the user will pay for the Products according to the procedure provided for and regulated by PayPal and under the terms and at the conditions agreed between the user and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal website will be processed directly by it and will not be transmitted or shared with the Seller. The Seller is therefore not able to know and does not store in any way the credit card data connected to the user’s PayPal account or the data of any other payment instrument connected to that account. For payment with PayPal, the Total Amount Due will be charged by PayPal to the User at the same time that the User sends the order form. In the case where the purchase agreement is terminated and in any other case of refund, for whatever reason, the Refund Amount payable to the user will be credited to the user’s PayPal account. The time within which the payment instrument connected to that account is credited depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the order to credit that account has been placed, the Seller cannot be held liable for any delays or omissions in crediting the Refund Amount to the user; the user must contact PayPal directly for any complaints.
PRICES
All displayed prices include Spanish VAT of 21%. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. OUTSIDERS DIVISION™ retains the right to change prices at any time.
CURRENCY&FEES
The prices you see specified next to our Outsiders Division products are stated in Euros. They exclude possible shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout.
Outsiders Division is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.
VOUCHER CODE-DISCOUNT CODE
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by. We can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers. We will dispatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
To use your code, you need to enter your coupon code in the correct field “Coupon Code” at checkout. Please make sure that no additional spaces are added when you paste in the code. Coupon codes are only valid for regular priced products, not for already discounted products. They can not be combined with any other offer or another coupon code.
