If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 14 days from receiving the order.

- Please be aware that ARCHIVE SALE items can´t be refunded or exchanged.
We will provide you a printed return delivery note with all the specifications, In the case you need more information, please send us an email to online@outsidersdivision.com and we will give you the instructions to follow.If a package is abandoned or unreclaimed and is subsequently sent to our facilities, we will not be responsible for the return postage or refund: the collection of the packages is the responsibility of the customer. We don´t refund unreclaimed packages.
EXCHANGES
In the case of needing a size exchange, we will keep the desired item for you until we receive the return. So you won't have to worry if stock is limited.
You can also submit a new order and return the original purchase, we will refund you within 48H. Check our Returns & Exchanges portal.
