Returns
All orders from EUROPE can be returned within 14 days from receiving the order.
-Please be aware that outlet and discounted items can´t be refunded, in that case we provide a voucher valid for 6 months.
-There are no returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of Europe.
-We will refund you within 48H after receiving the products.

For Spanish orders: we can provide you with a shipping label for collection.
If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: €5.00 for Spanish orders , 10€ for Europe orders.

Do you make Custom sizes?
Being a small brand gives us the change of produce small orders and custom clothing. If you need a particular size, do not hesitate to write to us at info@outsidersivision.com with your measurements and we will give you all the information.
We will need about 3-4 weeks to get done the custom piece.
How long does it take to get my shipment?
We prepare orders 24 hours from receipt, although sometimes we may have delays due to high volume.
Please be patient, we are a small company.
SPAIN Orders: delivered in a maximum of 48 hours.
EUROPEAN Orders: Delivered between 3 to 5 days.
WORLDWIDE Orders: Delivered between 4 to 7 days.

Can I return my order?
YES. All orders from Europe can be returned within 14 days from receiving the order. It´s important that you keep the product intact and all the labels attached. You will find a printed-return note with our address and extra details to return back your order.
There are no returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of Europe.
We will refund you within 48H after receiving the products. Please be aware that outlet or reduced items are not refundable.
Can I exchange for another size?
In the case of needing a size exchange, we will keep the desired item for you until we receive the return. So you won't have to worry if stock is limited.
You can also submit a new order and return the original purchase, we will refund you within 48H.
